Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB)

The Nigerian Content Act came into effect on 22nd of April, 2010 following the signing of the Bill into law by Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the President of Nigeria thereby establishing the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board. The board has commenced operations to realise the aspiration of the Federal Government of Nigeria to increase indigenous participation in the oil and gas industry, build local capacity, create linkages to other sectors of the national economy and boost industry contributions to the growth of our National Gross Domestic Product.
